Once the decals had been applied and clear coated, an overspray of thinner
and a littleTamiya Buff was applied to give the Yak a used look.
Tamiya Smoke added some exhaust staining.
Since much of the airplane is wood a lot of chipping did not seem in
order. The opening for the guns in the cowling were opened up.
Music wire replaced the plastic pitot tube.
