This one was built in the 90's. I remember working hard to get a
good fit on the nacelles but it was a big step up from the Monogram kit in
surface detail. The main landing
gear doors are also not to be forgotten, and if I did another Academy P-38
I would find a better way to attach them than edge gluing as I did
then. Academy gave no guidance as to how to attach them.
