This
is the original design. The poles were out of position and the
navigator's seat blocked part of the engineer's panel. Since this
model is being built
without
crew the seat should be forward, up against the table so entering crew
can get by. The seat had an articulated mount that allowed
movement.
The
instrument panel was a little too far forward, so that the two PE
gauges fouled the cockpit coaming. The yoke was too far from the
pilot's
seat,
and too close to the instrument panel, not allowing room for forward
motion. The poles were too far from the table and should be up
against it.
