Spektrum AR6335 receiver.   It is an AS3X receiver but I did not program it so it is a dumb non-stabilized receiver.  Seems redundant to
put artificial stabilization in a free flight design, might it hide thermals from me?  The open area is covered by a removable hatch.
Later that huge looking universal connector was moved into the fuselage and connected it to the ESC which is mounted
on the left side opposite the receiver.
