There is a chart of vertical,
diagonal, and crossmember parts on the plans, repeated below. Invest
in one of these Harbor Freight 8 inch
digital calipers and the job will go quickly.
The saw is a JLC razor saw, available here: http://umm-usa.com/onlinestore/product_info.php?cPath=21_28&products_id=35
Right click, download and print this
chart, easier than using the one on the plan.
Cut all the diagonals first, and stick them on a board in order of use.

A
panoramic view of the first fuselage side. Note the way the middle
horizontal pieces in the front are short pieces, the diagonals they
intersect are full length. These
short pieces will be doubled on the outside
by 1/32 sheeting and by 1/8 by 3/8 stringers, and by 1/32 sheeting
on the inside. Leave the upper, lower, and
mid-front longerons long in front to aid in framing up the sides later
on. The upper front diagonals
must be set back on the bottom to clear the base of the front
upper bulkhead.
A sheet of plastic wrap is placed
over the first fuselage side and the second is built over the top,
ensuring that both are identical.
