The hole for the front fin spar is cut
using the hole in the ply joiner plate underneath as a guide.
The tail assembly fit to the
fuselage. Not shown and not yet installed are side shims on both
sides of the front fin spar and between the upper fuselage longerons to
keep the fin spart centered.
