Once the balsa shear web is glued in remove the front center ply brace to be glued on later.  Use Tite Bond to glue the balsa ply brace so there is time to get it aligned accurately. 
After the glue is dried check that the sides of the shear web are even with the spars.  Sand if neccesary to insure that the ply dihedral braces will contact the spars tightly.

Attaching the front dihedral ply brace.  Do one side at a time to avoid errors due to haste, and use 30 minute epoxy.  Clamp liberally.



Installing the second ply dihedral brace.



Grind down the ply shear webs even with the outer spar faces.
